How enquiries work
The booking form prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your details to a website database or send an email automatically. Ticket enquiry links similarly prepare an email or WhatsApp message. You choose whether to send it. Once sent, the message is handled by the relevant messaging provider and received by our team. This website does not offer visitor accounts, online payments or newsletter subscriptions.
Why information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss performances, arrange bookings and manage related communications. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps toward an agreement, fulfil an agreement, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in running and protecting our services, subject to applicable law. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately; merely visiting this website is not consent to optional processing.
Website hosting and external content
The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP address, browser details and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Spotify players, YouTube videos and thumbnails, and Google Fonts make connections to external providers, which may receive technical information even before you play media.
