About these terms
These terms cover use of the WekwaMaramba website, operated by the WekwaMaramba team in Zimbabwe. Questions can be sent to info@wekwamaramba.com or directed to +263 784 461 827. They do not replace a separate performance booking or ticket agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the website, listen through authorised players and contact the team for personal or legitimate business purposes. Do not use the website to send unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, interfere with access, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to systems.
Music, images and branding
Music, videos, photographs, text, artwork and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Access to this website does not transfer rights to copy, distribute, sell, adapt or commercially exploit that material, except where permission or applicable law allows it. Partner names and logos identify their respective organisations; their presence does not imply ownership of this website.
Performances and tickets
Published event information may change. Confirm dates, times, venue, availability and prices with the team or organiser before making plans or paying. The ticket buttons prepare enquiries only: they do not reserve tickets, accept payment or guarantee admission. Any ticket purchase, cancellation or refund is subject to the relevant seller’s terms and applicable law.
Performance bookings
Submitting or opening an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Fees, travel, technical requirements, payment arrangements, cancellation and rescheduling must be agreed separately with the team. Do not treat a date as reserved until written confirmation has been provided.
External services
Spotify, YouTube, social platforms, WhatsApp and email services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Playback, full-track access, account requirements and regional availability are controlled by those services. External links are provided for convenience; we cannot guarantee their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and outdated information may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed event details or failures of independent services.
